Reconnect and recenter while meeting like-minded women on a similar quest toward contentment and acceptance.

Not only will you have the opportunity to embark on a journey of self-discovery and well-being, but you will meet and engage with other amazing humans. In line with our core belief that everyone should have the chance to experience the positive impact of yoga and wellness, we are offering a range of accommodations at different prices, including private and shared rooms and bathrooms. Bring a friend and share the master suite or come alone and bunk with new friends. All levels of ability and experience are warmly welcomed and we don’t judge where you are in your journey. All we ask for is that you come with an open mind and heart.

Vegetarian and vegan meals, kombucha, and smoothies are all prepared with love and intention by your host using organic, healthy ingredients.

December 1, 2023 (Friday)

* 12:00 – 4:00 pm – check-in at Hilltop Escape + snacks

* 4:00 – 5:00 pm – meet & greet

* 5:00 – 6:15 pm – evening yoga

* 6:30 – 7:30 pm – welcome dinner, set intentions

* 7:30 pm – free time for relaxation, dip in the hot tub

December 2, 2023 (Saturday) 

* 7:00 – 7:30 am – coffee, tea, ceremonial cacao or matcha

* 7:30 – 8:30 am – morning yoga with Liz

* 9:00 – 10:00 am – breakfast

* 10:30 – 2:30 pm – waterfall hike with packed lunch

* 3:00 - 5:00 pm – free time and mindful activities

* 5:00 – 6:00 pm – afternoon yoga

* 6:30 – 7:30 pm – dinner

* 7:30 pm – music by the campfire

December 3, 2023 (Sunday)

* 7:00 – 8:00 am – sunrise yoga

* 8:30 – 10:00 am – breakfast

* 10:00 – 12:00 pm – short hike or guided meditation

* 12:30 pm – check-out & departure
